One Little Sprout uses Sendle wherever possible to ship our products to you. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B Corporation.
How much is shipping within Australia?
Orders under $150 have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. Express shipping is $14.95.
Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
How much is shipping to New Zealand?
Flat rate shipping fee of $24.95
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! Please email us prior to purchasing so we can organise postage.
Do you offer pick up?
We sure do – we would love to meet you! Pick up is available from Macquarie Park, NSW. Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP to deduct the shipping cost from your order. During check out, please select ‘Add a note to your order’ and include the approximate date and/or time you would like to pick up your package. We will be in touch with you to finalise the collection.
Can you combine shipping?
We can. As long as your order has not been shipped, we are happy to combine orders for you. Use code COMBINESHIPPING for free shipping on additional orders.
When will I get my package?
We will try to get your package to you as soon as possible. After placing your order, your package will be posted within 2 business days. Sendle deliveries usually will arrive within 2-10 business days.
Can I get a tracking code?
Yep! Once your package is on its way, you will get a tracking code either for Sendle or Australia Post. Sendle will provide you with updates on your delivery through their website.
Returns & Exchanges
We always want our customers to be happy, so if you receive your order and are not satisfied with the way they fit, or there is a fault, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to assist you with your concerns, offer helpful fit advice, or discuss your options for an exchange or refund.
Nappies can be tricky to fit, especially if it is your first time using them. Each of the brands we stock have videos and advice in their VIP groups to ensure the perfect fit! If you are still having issues, please contact us for advice. Due to health and safety reasons, we are not able to exchange worn or washed clothing or nappies.
To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange items must be unworn and in ‘as new’, saleable condition.
If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the fit you may return the item with the buyer to pay for return postage costs as well as an additional 10% processing fee to cover payment processing charges.
If you receive a product with a fault, One Little Sprout will cover the postage to send you a replacement item.
Any sale or clearance items are already heavily reduced and are not eligible for refund or exchange except if there is a fault.
- Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging in as-new, re-saleable condition within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Email email@example.com outlining the issues with your item(s). We will send you a Return Number and shipping address.
- Items must be returned in a waterproof satchel or padded bag with proof of purchase and the Return Number.
- Send the package to address provided.
